William J. Steele "Steelemart" Elmira: Age 81, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, December 30, 2012. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow. Bill is survived by his wife of 35 years, Virginia; 4 children, Steve, Kathy, Rita and Eugene; sister Rita Steele; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
