William Kelsey

"Billy Joe" Corning: Age 65, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015. Billy Joe was born September 27, 1949 a son of Marie Costley Kelsey and the late James R. Kelsey, Sr. He is also predeceased by his brother James R. "Butch" Kelsey. In addition to his mother Billy Joe is survived by his children, Michael T. Kelsey of Erin with wife Becky and children, Nate and Abby; Amy F. Kelsey of Elmira, with children, Anthony, Kenneth, Jacob and Nallijah; Sarah Moore of Bath; uncle Bob Costley; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be on Monday, July 6, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Breesport Baptist Church, 240 Church Street, Breesport. A funeral service will follow. Interment will then take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
