William J. Mangan, Jr. "Billy" Elmira: Age 48, passed away very unexpectedly at home on Saturday, April 16, 2011. He was a son of William J. Mangan, Sr. of Elmira and the late Theresa (Loll) Mangan. In addition to his mother Billy is predeceased by his sister Patricia A. Hines and niece Stephanie Hines. In addition to his father Billy is survived by sister Colleen M. Mangan; brother and sister-in-law, Todd M. and Katy Mangan, with their son Sean Patrick Mangan, all of Elmira; brother-in-law Johnny B. Hines of Fredericksburg VA with daughters, Lélita, Brittany, Jessica and Brianna; aunts and uncle, Maryann and James Kamas of Pine City, Mary Sue Mangan of Reston VA, Kathleen Mason of Annandale VA; cousins, Debra (Merle) Bryant, Karen Greene, Kevin Loll, Paul (Janet) Loll, Susan Loll, Rick (Karen) Mason, Patrick (Joanie) Mason, and Susan Mason. Also surviving are numerous extended family and friends. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, corner of W. Water and Walnut Streets, on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 7:15 p.m. Committal prayers and interment will be in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
