Thomas Mike

Age 84, passed away peacefully at home after a long illness on Sunday, August 16, 2015. Tom was born in Hornell NY on March 12, 1931, a son of Abraham and Emma (Diad) Mike. He was predeceased by brothers, Lishure and John "Foody" Mike; sister, Mary Mike Patti. Tom is survived by his wife of 28 years, Vickie Wheaton Mike; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas A. and Robin Mike of Hammondsport NY with her daughter Ashley; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Anita Mike of Hornell, Curtis N. and Barbara Wheaton of Raleigh NC, Donna S. and George Hill of Elmira, Timothy D. and Sandy Wheaton of Raleigh NC; several nieces and nephews. Tom had worked for many years as an engineer with Thatcher Glass and later with Imaging and Sensing Technology from where he retired. Private family services will be held.
