Thomas A. Drum

Age 67 passed away peacefully on Friday, February 13, 2026. Tom was born and raised in Elmira NY, a son of the late Alfred O. and Patricia Biddle Drum. He is also predeceased by his brother William Drum. Tom is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Kathy and Charles Rohrer of Elmira with their son Matthew; sister and brother-in-law Nancy and David Scopelliti of Sayre with their children, Daniel and Lea (Andrew Roney); brother Otto Drum of Elmira Heights; nephews (Bill's sons) Andrew A. Drum (Melissa Bennett), Adam J. Drum and Shawn W. Drum (Kym); good friend Dan Brown.

Tom was a 1976 graduate of Elmira Free Academy. He went on to Alfred State College where he earned a degree in computer science. From college Tom went to work for Chemung County in the Information Technology Department for 38 years before retiring on September 3, 2019. Tom was an avid New York Giants football fan. 

As per Tom's request there will be no services.
