Stanley Spencer

Age 91, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. Stanley was born in Union Township, Tioga County PA, the son of Henry and Elsie (Kelsey) Spencer. He is survived by his children, Stanley Eugene Spencer of Horseheads with wife Diane, Judy Ann Moore of Elmira with husband Benjamin, Joyce Lorain Bennett of Elmira, John Clayton Spencer of Deland FL, JoAnn Smith of Elmira with husband Mike, Daryl Lynn Spencer of Elmira with wife Judy, and Tammy Kay Sherman of Mansfield PA with husband Raymond; sister Tillie Terry of Canton PA; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Stanley was retired from American LaFrance and the Pennsylvania Railroad. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours. Interment to follow at Fitzsimmons Cemetery, Southport.
