Age 67, of Elmira, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017. Roger was born on December 8, 1950 and grew up in the family home in Erin NY. He was a huge BEATLES fan and enjoyed amateur radio broadcasting. Roger was predeceased by his parents, Gerald G. Sproul in 1996 and Rose M. (Hazen) Sproul in 2010. He is survived by his sister Pamela L. (Sproul) LaVigne of Bradenton FL.
