Richard Kozlowski

Richard M. Kozlowski "Koz" Apalachin: Age 69, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton NY after a short battle with cancer. Koz was predeceased by his wife Lucy. He is survived by his daughters, Julianne Seitz with fiancé Gregg Madden, and Cathrine Snyder; son Richard W. Kozlowski; grandchildren, Matthew, James, Leanndra, Erik and Kaitlyn; great granddaughter Madison; sister-in-law Kathleen Fesh and her family. Koz was a U S Navy veteran and a retiree of IBM Endicott. He enjoyed his active membership in the Vestal Elks Club. A graveside service, with military honors, will be held at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery in Elmira on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. A procession will form outside the cemetery Franklin Street gate at 12:15 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
