Norma Hampsey

Norma I. Hampsey Elmira: Age 82, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center SNF. Norma was born in Penn Yan on October 5, 1930, a daughter of James and Esther (Larsen) Jensen. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Hampsey in 2000. Norma is survived by her children, and their spouses, Cyndi and Tom Brace, Elmira, Michael and Eileen Hampsey, Metuchen NJ, Greg Hampsey, Penn Yan, Caroline and John McTigue, Longmont CO, Susan Hampsey, Florida; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Tony O'Brien, Arizona; along with 12 grandchildren. At Norma's request there will be no services. Norma's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Rob, Lisa and Marian Kimball, the staff at the Chemung County Nursing Facility, staff at Arnot Ogden Medical Center 4D, and Dr. Janusz Sosniak for the wonderful care provided to her over the last several years.
