Mary E. Sandore, 74, of Horseheads, entered into rest on April 11, 2026.

She was born on March 11, 1952 in Elmira, the fourth child of eleven born to Henry P. and Marguerite E. (Lesley) Sandore.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother and sisters, Theresa, Henry, Linda and Margaret.

She is survived by her brother and sisters, Helen Smith, Karen Stratton, Nancy (Bill) Walworth, Joyce (Mark) Plaisted, Jim (Mary) Sandore and Jane Sandore and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

A graveside service with committal prayers will take place at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ARC of Chemung- Schuyler, 711 Sullivan Street, Elmira, NY 14901.
