Marilyn B. Moore

Age 81, passed away at Bethany Manor on Sunday, December 20, 2020. Marilyn was born in Syracuse NY, daughter of the late John and Edna Barber. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Moore; brother and sister-in-law Phillip and Marilyn Barber; daughter-in-law Michele Cavanaugh. Marilyn is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher and Charlotte Cavanaugh of Jacksonville FL, Adam Cavanaugh of VanEtten NY, Paul and Christine Cavanaugh of Horseheads NY. Also surviving are several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Marilyn had a career in communications where she started with New York Telephone and stayed with the company through its many name changes before retiring in 1992 as a Central Office Technician. She and Don then moved to Florida where they lived for nearly 20 years. After Don's death Marilyn returned to the Elmira/Horseheads area. As per Marilyn's request there will be no funeral services.
