Age 47, passed away on September 10, 2017 at the Robert Packer Hospital. Kim was born on March 5, 1970, a daughter of William and Ann Rising Christoff. In addition to her parents she is survived by her children, Jacob Matthew Smith and Anna Kennedy Smith. It was Kim's request that services will be private.
