Judy A. Smith

Elmira Heights: Age 77, passed away December 24, 2020 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center from covid-19 complications. Judy was born and raised in Elmira a daughter of the late Ernest and Constance (White) Leonard. She is also predeceased by her brother-in-law Michael Bobby. Judy is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Bruce A. Smith; children and their spouses, Chris and Michelle Smith of Horseheads, and Becky and Len Close of Elmira; grandchildren, Amanda (Jason) Barsavage, Lindsey Smith, Joshua (Kayla) Wade, Kyle Wade; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Grayson, Jalen, Bailey, Braelynn, Ryan and Oliver; siblings, Diane (George) Stage of Mansfield PA, Joanne Stoddard of Elmira Heights, Roxanne Bobby of Elmira; along with many nieces and nephews. Judy enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved animals, having many pets over the years. The best times for Judy were those spent with family at Waneta Lake. Private services will be held.
