Age 58 of Elmira NY, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Joyce was born in Elmira on March 7, 1957 a daughter of the late Craig and Doris (Fretz) Thompson. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, R. Mark Waite; daughter Andrea Tanner of Bentonville AR; son Brandon Waite of Elmira; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joann and Harold Rathbun, Bonnie and Raymond Strait all of Alabama; brother and sister-in-law Gerald and Valarie Thompson of Erin NY; numerous loving nieces and nephews. At her request private services will be held.
