Joseph Navaro

Age 71, of Elmira, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 6, 2015 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Joe was born in Fall River MA on July 1, 1944 a son of the late Joseph L. and Theresa Massa Navaro. He is also predeceased by his sister Marian Spallino and "adopted brother" Kenny Carrigan. Joe is survived by daughter Angela Navaro of Christiansburg VA; brother Jack Navaro of Broadheadsville PA; his "adopted family" the Carrigan's; several "grandchildren" and several stepchildren. Joe was a faithful friend of Bill W. He was an avid gardener and fisherman.
