John Earls

EARLS, John M. Went to be with his Lord on February 19, 2015 after a bout with cancer. He is predeceased by his mother Elizabeth Wood and father Ed Ames. He is survived by sisters and brother-in-laws, Mary and Dave Nangle; Marie and Robert Shock; and Theresa and Ralph Mattison; brothers and sister-in-laws, Rich and Prissila Balatgek; Bill and Donna Earls; step-sons Marty, Mike, Joe, and Chris Cartwright; and his best friend Bev Dean. John worked for the Chemung County Highway Department and was an avid fisherman and hunter. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery. John will be greatly missed
