Jean’s faith was at the center of her life. She shared her love of God with people at any opportunity that arose. It was one of the many things that brought her great joy. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church where she attended elementary school as a young girl. Jean graduated from Southside High School in 1959. Her first job out of high school was at LeValley McLeod, Inc. where she met the love of her life, George Brimmer, and they married in 1961. Jean later worked in the business office at St. Joseph’s Hospital and went on to work as a secretary at Dr. Neil Groff’s office in Pine City for many years. She delighted in her family and being outdoors with her beautiful flowers. She was always grateful for her friends, many of whom she and George traveled with, including memorable trips to Ireland and Italy.
