James Wells

Elmira Heights: Age 24, passed away Monday, October 21, 2013. James was born October 18, 1989, the son of Susan Kingsley Montalvo and the late James E. Wells. In addition to his mother James is survived by brothers, Nieko and Gino Caelan Montalvo, stepfather Gino Montalvo, aunts and uncles, Richard and Carol Kingsley, Naomi and Andrew Avery, grandparents Gary and Shirley Kingsley, great-grandmother Helen Keel, along with several cousins. He is also predeceased by his grandmother Ruby Stills Wells, great- grandparents, Thomas and Susie Keel and Beatrice MacWhorter. James was a 2009 graduate of Edison High School. He was an avid video game player with the nickname of "Mortify", enjoyed working with electronics and was a NY Giants football fan. James was employed by Walmart in Horseheads. He was very close to his family. Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira on Monday, October 28, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 P.M., with a funeral service taking place at 7:15 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing, may make a donation to the James Wells, Jr. Memorial Fund, c/o Corning Credit Union, 1100 Clemens Center Parkway, Elmira NY 14901.
