James Davis

Age 34, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017. James was born and raised in Elmira. He is predeceased by his brother, Richard J. Davis. James is survived by his mother and step-father Colleen A. and Mark Barone of Elmira; father James M. Davis, Sr., of Elmira; children, Julian, Selena, Tali, Alanna and Avery Davis, all of Elmira; sister and brother-in-law Samantha J. and Jodie Jochem of Elmira Heights; brother and sister-in-law Heath W. and Ashley Davis of Horseheads; step-brother Mark D. Barone of Elmira Heights; former wife, and friend, Amanda Eastwood; maternal grandparents Mike and Pat Terwilliger of Horseheads; paternal grandmother Dolores Davis of New Jersey; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. James was an avid football fan with the Buffalo Bills being his favorite team. He was very devoted to his family and was a loving father. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Thursday, November 2, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 5:15 p.m.
