Gerald Gray

Elmira: Age 82, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2015. Jerry was born September 17, 1932 in Elmira, one of 12 children born to Myrtle (Taylor) and Lehman Gray. Jerry was predeceased by all his siblings, Edgar, Lehman, Jack, Leonard, Robert, Warren, and Gilbert Gray, sisters, Myrtle Short, Lillian Kellogg, Gladys Gray and Vaughn Pritchard. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Ruth Derrig Gray, along with many nieces and nephews. Jerry was an avid hunter and fisherman. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will then take place at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
