Age 97, passed away peacefully at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Frank was born in the Bronx, NY. He had been a longtime resident of the Finger Lakes DDSO Sing Sing Road residence. Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 5:30. Frank will be buried with his parents in Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn NY.
