Frances Morgan Prunier

Elmira: Age 93, passed away in the comfort of her home, with family by her side, on December 28, 2023. Fran was born and raised in Elmira, the daughter of Elmer F. and Catherine Connolly Morgan. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph E. Prunier, infant son James Francis Prunier, son-in-law Michael Quilty, brother and sister-in-law Robert and Trudy Morgan, sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary Anne and Kevin Flemming, Dr. John Prunier, Paul Prunier. Fran is survived by her children, and their spouses, Kathy and John Peris, Claire Griffin-Quilty, Mary-Ellen Prunier, Patricia and Brian Minchin, all of Elmira. Joseph G. and Cynthia Prunier of Bath; sisters-in-law Suzanne Prunier of Connecticut, Eileen Prunier of Florida; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
