Emily A. Spaziani

Age 98, passed away in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday April 15, 2021. Emily was born in Flint, MI a daughter of Michael & Annabelle (Faringer) Brownell. She is predeceased by her husband August A. Spaziani, brother Matt Brownell and sister Helen Monroe. Emily is survived by her children & their spouses: Carol & Michael Edwards of Varysburg , NY Michael A. & Donna Spaziani of Elmira, Linda & Gary Marcoccia of Erin, Vicki & Peter Sullivan, Louis & Linda Spaziani, August & Debra Spaziani all of Elmira; 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces & nephews. Emily was a homemaker while her kids were growing up then went off to waitress & to later become part owner of the local family business, Lib's Supper Club. Emily donned the apron until she was 75 years of age at which time she decided to hang it up. The family would like to thank Vicki Lowery for the care & kindness shown to Emily over the last 6 months. Private family services will be held.
