Elsie Hollister

Elsie Havlik Hollister Horseheads: Age 83, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 5, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Carl in 2003, son-in-law Mike Meacham in 2009 and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Chris Allen of Rochester with their daughters, Kathy of Boca Raton FL and Stephanie of Rochester; daughter Karen Meacham of Horseheads; brother Charles Havlik of Ithaca; sisters, Mary Magnus of Ithaca and Margaret Poelvoorde of Florida. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and other extended family. A memorial service honoring Elsie's life will be held at a later date. Donations in her memory can be directed to Southern Tier Hospice.
