Dorothy Haskell

Age 87, of Elmira, passed away unexpectedly at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center on Monday, April 27, 2015. Dorothy was born in Renovo PA on April 14, 1928 the daughter of Steve and Anna Gregory. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph M. "Brud" Haskell and daughter Debra H. Johnson. Dorothy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Berneice Haskell of Chemung; grandchildren, Kristi (Jason) Alexander, Greg (Tammy) Haskell and Jennifer Johnson; 3 great granddaughters; sister Shirley Kleckley; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bruce and Joan Haskell. Also surviving are many good friends. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 5:15 p.m. Private interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery. Dorothy was a devoted caregiver to her husband Brud. They had been married for 58 years until his death in 2006.
