Donald Ross

Donald C. Ross Elmira: Age 72, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Elcor Health Services. Don was born August 1, 1939, the son of Chester and Helen (Gilbert) Ross. He is survived by several cousins and many friends. Don retired after 40 years of service with Weyerhaeuser. He was a good and kind neighbor. Don enjoyed many hours tending his gardens. He was a life long communicant of St. Patrick's Church. Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, corner of W. Water and Walnut Sts., on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church. Interment, with committal prayers, will take place in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. Those wishing may remember Don with a donation to Falck Cancer Center, 600 Roe Avenue, Elmira NY 14905.
