Donald L. Freeman

Donald L. Freeman, born on October 11, 1957, to Leon "Pete" Freeman and Grace Freeman Smith, died August 12, 2026.

Along with his mother (of Phenix City, AL), he is also survived by his sisters, Deloris "Lori" Borden (Smith's Grove, KY), Linda Freeman (Paducah, KY); brother Roland "Scott" (Lorraine) Freeman (Enoree, SC); and half-brother Kenneth (Pat) Freeman (Spartanburg, SC).

Donald was predeceased by his father, as well as his sister Debra L. Freeman; brothers, Leon "Gene" Freeman, and Richard "Richy" Freeman.

Donald was a people-person who was very loyal to friends and family, as well as a pursuer of Christ, fighting for righteousness, always willing to help others. Donald was a devout member of Grace Episcopal Church. He will be missed by family and friends.
