Devine Marie (Festa) Limoncelli

Age 101, passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Bethany Manor. Dee was born in 1921 a daughter of Antonio and Elvira (Marcella) Festa. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 69 years John J. Limoncelli; sister Sophie (Joseph) Merola and brother Amelette (Mary Jane) Festa, all of Corning.

Dee is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, William and Barbara Limoncelli of Horseheads and Ronald and Deborah Limoncelli of Palatine Bridge NY; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Amy) Limoncelli of Elmira with children, Joseph, Nicholas and Michael, Lisa Limoncelli of Atlanta GA and Alison Limoncelli of Saratoga Springs NY; along with several nieces and nephews.

Dee was retired from Moore Business Forms and Elmira College. She was a long-time communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Elmira.

Dee's children warmly remember their mom for her famous chicken soup at holiday time; and in more recent times her infectious smile when mention of her "home" at Bethany Manor.

Family and friends are invited to visit the Limoncelli family at St. Patrick's Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira, NY, on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment, with committal prayers, will then take place at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery, Elmira.

The Limoncelli family extends their deep appreciation to the management and staff of Bethany Manor for their exceptional, loving care of their mother.
