Charlinda L. Hoffman

Age 70, passed away peacefully at home, Thursday, July 18, 2024, after a year-long battle with cancer. Charlinda was born in Williamsport PA. She is predeceased by her son Dale A. Hoffman Jr. Charlinda is survived by her husband Dale A. Hoffman Sr.; mother Lois Miller; father Charles Phillips with his wife Carol; daughter-in-law, Lucretia Kilburne Hoffman; grandchildren, Katelyn Hoffman, Bradley Hoffman and Kylar Kilburne; great grandson Connor Kilburne; siblings, Jeff, Greg, Scott, Eric, Billy, Mark, Bekki and Melissa; many nieces, nephews and cousins; faithful canine companion Sophie. Charlinda had worked for some time at Pete’s Central Hots before going to work, for over twenty years, as the food service manager at the Mark Twain Golf Course snack bar. Charlinda loved to ride with Dale on his motorcycle. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and the peacefulness of reading a good book.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Charlinda on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the Baldwin Volunteer Fire Department, 460 Breesport-N Chemung Road, Lowman NY, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
