Charles Pellow

Age 70 passed away peacefully at home, in Elmira Heights, on Friday, May 12, 2017. Charlie was born in Endicott, a son of the late Benjamin Charles and Rita Marie (Frazer) Pellow. He was also predeceased by his brother Mark C. Pellow. Charlie is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Hope and Tom Alise of Binghamton NY and their children. He is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law Connie and Steve Gleason of Elmira Heights; a niece and several nephews. It was Charlie's request that there be no funeral services.
