Charlene Pabis

Charlene R. Pabis Elmira: Age 58, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at her home. Charlene was born July 13, 1954, in Elmira, the daughter of John and Congetta (Pirozzolo) Pabis. Her mom predeceased her in 1990. In addition to her father, Charlene is survived by her aunts and uncle, Joan Pirozzolo, James and Blanche Pirozzolo; numerous cousins; many good friends; and her canine companion "ChiChi". Charlene was retired from the New York Telephone Company. She worked for Lib's Supper Club for a short time, before going to work for Blessed Sacrament Parish, where she was currently employed. Charlene was a member of the Sacred Heart Ladies Society and volunteered for many years with the St. Anthony's Festival. A warm, loving, caring, person, Charlene was dedicated and devoted to her faith, her father, the Pirozzolo Family, co-workers, and friends. She will forever be loved and missed. Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church.
