Elmira: Age 69 passed away, unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Caron was born in Elmira, daughter of the late Robert G. and Elsie (Hetherington) Devine. She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law, Linda L. and Curtis Hartman, and Cathleen E. Devine, all of Elmira; nephews, Jason W. (Jennifer) Hartman of Arkport NY and Gabriel L. Hartman of Elmira. Private family services will be held.
