Arlene S. Ventrone Roussell

Age 72, of Wellsburg passed away on January 10, 2024. Arlene was born in Syracuse NY a daughter of the late Michael and Antoinette (Vita) Ventrone. She was predeceased by her brothers-in-law, John Roussell, Robert J. Hackett, and Quy Tran. Arlene is survived by her loving husband of 31 years William C. Roussell of Wellsburg; brother Michael Ventrone of Syracuse NY; eleven brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-law, Viola Hackett of Elmira, Paul Roussell of TX, Thomas (Angela) Roussell of Waverly NY, Alice Roussell of Elmira, Robert (Kim) Roussell of Elmira, Patricia Tran of CA, Rex Roussell of FL, Peter Roussell of Elmira, Barbara (Mark) Keller of Wellsburg, Kathleen (John) Travis of Wellsburg, Michael (Renee) Roussell of Elmira Heights; many, many nieces and nephews.

Arlene worked at Kmart in Syracuse NY. She loved watching her soap operas, especially Days of Our Lives. Arlene also loved owls and collected anything that looked like an owl. Arlene and William loved to travel. She will be loved and missed by William and his family.

Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W Water Street, Elmira, on Wednesday January 17, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 9:15 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., St. Patrick’s Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira. Interment with committal prayers, will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Arlene’s memory may be directed to American Diabetes Association, P O Box 7023, Merrifield VA 22116-7023.
