Andrew Francis Rutski

Age 67, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Andy was born in Elmira, a son of the late Edwin F. and Eleanor McMahon Rutski. He was also predeceased by his sister Elizabeth “Beth” Jones; longtime companion and girlfriend Salli Boatman. Andy is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Susan “Sue” and Wayne Stanton of Elmira; brother and sister-in-law Timothy “Tim” and Minne Rutski of St. Petersburg FL; Salli’s daughter Jessica Boatman of Elmira; several nieces and nephews. Andy was a 1976 graduate of Elmira Free Academy. After high school he went to work at Hardinge Inc. from where he retired after 40 years of service. As per his request there will be no services.
