86, of Comfort Hill Road,
Wellsburg, NY,
passed away Monday, December 26, 2011. Pat was born October 26, 1925, the
daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Campion) Cahill. She was predeceased by her
husband of 61 years, John A. Flory; son Mark, and infant son Thomas Walter
Flory; brothers, Michael, Edward and Thomas, and sisters, Mary Catherine,
Margaret, and Bernadette. Pat is survived by her children, with their families,
Barbara Flory of Athens, PA, with children, Patricia (and her fiancé Victor),
Adam, and John (and his wife Carrie) Lewis; John Patrick Flory of Sitka, AK;
Maribeth Lambert of Elmira, with husband Robert, and children, Matthew (and his
fiancée Kate), Emily, Christian, and Catherine; Katie Flory of Elmira; Ashley
Files Flory of Takoma Park, MD, with daughter Grace; Brian Flory of Juneau, AK,
with wife Elizabeth; Teresa Kennelly of Rochester with husband Dennis and
children, Sean, Ryan, and Margaret; great-granddaughter Jordan; sisters-in-law
Florence Ruminski, and Dolores ,Peggy and the Reverend Barbara Floryshak,
along with several nieces and nephews, including Michael and Tim Cahill in
Texas. Pat is also survived by her very special friends, Dr.
Charles Palmer of Cocoa Beach, FL, and Darryl Gunderman of Lowman, NY. Pat will be remembered by all as a gracious
lady and a good friend to all.
Friends and relatives are
invited to McInerny Funeral Home, corner of Water and Walnut Sts.,
on Friday, December 30, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A prayer service will
be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 10:15 a.m.,
followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Interment will be at St. Peter
& Paul’s Cemetery. The Family would
like to thank all the kind aides who cared for Pat enabling her to stay in her
home, especially Terri Seymour.
